One of the best long pass masters of all time

Seriously! My top 4 favourite players ever are Zizou, Gerrard, Pirlo, and Alonso. I'd say Pirlo is probably the overall best passer, but NO ONE can make long passes like Xabi - he's incredible!

@@telephonic maybe I didn't word it right, it's a long standing gripe I have had with pro footballers who cannot do the most basic of things, I was a pretty decent footballer and even know I can ping the ball 40m to feet in a straight line and I haven't played football for 15+ years. So I cannot understand how people who play every day can't! Maybe I was better than I thought? Still doesn't make up for the fact week in week or players cannot do basic things and then someone does a long ball and it's amazing! Bicycle kicks are amazing, taking a ball down on your foot from a 60m pass through the air is amazing, passing the ball no matter how far (in my opinion) should be less amazingly thought of than it is.
