Pep Guardiola's side were set to earn all three points after Rodri's deflected strike in the 86th minute put them ahead, only for the hosts to come from behind for a third time in an eight-goal thriller. City retained their place at the top of the Premier League but now only lead Liverpool and Arsenal by a point. Guardiola called the tight game 'a good advert for the Premier League' while his opposite number Mauricio Pochettino said there were many moments which 'made him proud'.
